2024-25 Twin Peaks 2nd Grade Bright Start Classroom Supply Lists

Welcome to 2nd Grade’s Gifted & Talented Class I am delighted to have you and your child as part of our Gifted and Talented Program! I am sure we will have an exciting year filled with growth and new experiences. I ask that each family donate the following items to the classroom, in order to enrich and support our learning. These items are not required and will be provided if your child is unable to bring them. All supplies and donations are appreciated and are used wisely throughout the school year. Thank you.

The following items will be personal items:

  • 1 backpack
  • 1 plain white binder with clear front (3 ring, 1”)
  • 1 pair of scissors
  • 1 box of 24 crayons
  • 1 Composition Book
  • 1 durable folder
  • 1 pencil box to hold personal supplies
  • Inexpensive headphones with elbow connector

The following items will be shared within the class:

  • 2-4 glue sticks
  • 1 pack of Dry Erase markers (preferably not yellow)
  • 1 pack of pencils (preferably Ticonderoga brand)
  • 2 highlighter markers
  • 2 Fine Point Sharpie Markers
  • 1 pack of colored pens (for grading/editing)
  • 2 boxes of tissues

Classroom Donations/Additional supplies for projects:

  • Crayola Air-Dry Clay or Play-doh (browns/blues/greens/yellows/tans)
  • Package of Washable Markers
  • White Hi-Polymer Eraser (Pentel brand)
  • Clorox Wipes
