Centennial Sounds: Used Instrument Collection

Centennial Sounds is a service project that MUSD’s 2340 Foundation is hosting along with The Kiwanis Club of the Desert to support MUSD schools during its Centennial Celebration!
Clean out your closets and find that old instrument you or your children used to play. Instead of letting it collect dust for a few more years…donate it and make a child’s dream of playing music come to life! We are hoping to collect 100 used instruments for the Centennial Celebration! (We are currently looking for instruments that band and orchestra students can play for their classes. At this time, we cannot accept piano donations.)
After you donate, the Kiwanis Club of the Desert will then refurbish the instruments to working condition and distribute them out to MUSD school music programs. Each school has a donation letter ready for you if you’d like to make your donation tax deductible.
You can drop off used instruments at our school to be stored until refurbishment. You can also bring used instruments to the Centennial Celebration entrance at Marana High School on April 25, 2026 from 9:00am-1:00pm.
Thank you in advance for your commitment to music education in MUSD!
