Faith That Works Tucson is pleased to announce its first Student Talent Showcase fundraiser and would like to have MUSD students participate! This is an opportunity to showcase your school’s talent while having the chance to win funds for your club/group. Please join us!

STUDENT TALENT SHOWCASE

WHO:  We are searching for Tucson’s top talent in our local high schools and middle schools!

WHAT: Do you lead a club or team that has talent and would like to win the top prize of $2,000 for your program? Then showcase your school’s student talent in our first Student Talent Showcase, open to the public. Prizes (No strings attached!): Top prize- $2,000 for your club or program, 2nd place - $1,500 for your club or program, 3rd place- $1,000 for your club or program.

DEADLINE: Please send us a short video of the student talent by November 30. 

(You can submit more than one entry.) Video files can be sent via google drive to the email address: rsmithrud@sapctucson.org  

  • Examples include: piano piece, instrument piece, group song, ballet, gymnastics, drama, spoken word, etc.
  • Talent will be notified whether or not they will be entered into the show

 WHERE: Please join us in launching our first Student Talent Showcase on Friday, January 24, 5:30-7:30, at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 7650 N. Paseo Del Norte, 85704, down the road from Tohono Chul Park. St. Andrew’s has a beautiful space that seats 900 with extraordinary new lighting and sound! The Southern AZ Symphony performs there along with groups from the University of Arizona!

WHY:  Our schools need support for their programs and services that they provide for our students and families. All proceeds from the Student Talent Showcase will go to support crucial funding for these programs!

Showcase tickets for adults- $10.00; children under the age of 18 are free.
