Health Office
Our school nurse and Health Assistant are available to assist children. When a student comes into the health office, they are always our top priority. In addition to caring for the health and wellness of your child at school, the Health Office administers medication during the school day, ensures that all student immunizations are current, and administers hearing and vision screenings. Our office feels fortunate that we are able to work with your children!
Every student must have an up-to-date immunization on file from a documented source, or a signed exemption on the basis of medical or personal belief. To learn about student immunization requirements, and our Health Services Department, please visit the Health & Wellness section of our Website.
The Twin Peaks Health Office works closely with our district Health Services Facilitator to ensure that all students are healthy and happy.
If you have any questions regarding the health and well-being of your child, please contact the Health Office between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday or 7:00 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. on Friday.
