The Pima Community College (PCC) Concurrent Enrollment Program at Marana High School and Mountain View High School allows students the opportunity to earn high school credit and PCC credit that may be transferred to a 4-year college or university.

Students must apply to PCC and score at the appropriate levels on the PCC assessment test to enroll in these courses. Students enrolled in dual enrollment courses at an MUSD High School must take 4 additional courses along with the dual enrollment course. There is no tuition cost for the students but there may be a course fee.

Dual/Transfer – If an articulated course meets the requirements of Arizona State Statute, it may be offered for dual/transfer credit. Whether a course meets the requirements to be offered as dual credit may vary from year to year. In a dual credit course, the student earns actual PCC credit upon successful completion of the class with a grade of a “C” or above. This credit may transfer to other colleges/universities. Transfer courses are open to junior and seniors. Students must check with specific colleges/universities to determine if the credit will transfer to a given school.
