Marana Unified School District is home to three exceptional high schools, Marana High School, Mountain View High School and MCAT High School. Each high school offers a unique experience for students.
Marana High School - Home of the Tigers
Marana High School offers an inclusive environment for all students to excel! Students at MHS are met with an opportunity to build relationships, grow as scholars, excel in their college or career choice, and shine as individuals. MHS offers a variety of college and career paths for students to explore, and students excel in Agriculture, Welding, Automotive, Fine Arts, Athletics, and Advanced Placement opportunities. MHS is proud to employ numerous Tiger graduates who return as staff members and teachers eager to serve our community.
Mountain View High School - Home of the Mountain Lions
At Mountain View High School, the school motto is “Defend the Den.” Mountain View champions this belief by creating community, emphasizing shared responsibility, and promoting school pride in everything they do. MVHS offers a variety of college and career paths for students to explore, and students excel in Mountain View University Advanced Placement (AP) Program, dual-enrollment, fine arts, clubs, and athletics. Mountain View High School strives to be the best, celebrating their students and honoring our community. We are safe, we are respectful, we are responsible, and always kind.
MCAT High School - Home of the Cheetahs
MCAT welcomes students with various backgrounds and experiences who have a desire to graduate high school and follow their own pathways to success. MCAT’s smaller school size and and non-traditional learning environment provide the opportunity to for students to create a personalized learning plan that guides them through graduation. The diverse student body blends into a supportive, positive, and determined school community that embodies a culture of acceptance, resilience, and kindness. Many students graduate with a professional certification, are prepared to enter the workforce or continue their education.
